Villa Sonia is a luxurious new building of genuine comfortable, spacious and bright Ibizan style located in Cap Martinet, one of the most exclusive areas of Ibiza. Between Talamanca Beach the village of Jesus and next to Can Pep Simó. It’s a modern construction villa (2016). It is distributed in: ground floor (4 bedrooms with bathroom en suite and direct access to the pool), central floor (kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, bedroom with bathroom en suite and large terrace with outdoor living and dining area), upper floor (large solarium with magnificent views of the city of Ibiza, the sea and the mountains). All materials and furniture are top quality. The outdoor area consists of a pool area with Balinese beds, sunbeds and parasols.
