The house benefits from an amazing unspoiled 180 degrees open views across the countryside and the sea, with Formentera in the distance.
Set on 10 000m2 of beautifully landscaped land with fruit trees (such as apricots, peaches, figs, almonds, granadas) and a small vegetable garden, the house inspires calm and serenity, with ethnic and vintage touches.

Predominately all white, touches of classical Ibicencan architecture are present throughout the house, as well as modern and contemporary art.
Although the proportions of the house are big, the atmosphere is very serene and cozy.
The garden is big enough so that each one will find its own secret place.
You can rest, you can play, you can have a private yoga class, massage or personal trainer gym class.
There is a huge park for children.

With 2 wooden houses, swings, toboggans, climbing area, trampoline. The little ones will be busy the entire day!
